What every PQQ is really asking

Every pre-qualification questionnaire is really asking one question: if something goes wrong on our site, will your paperwork make this worse for us? The policy, the RAMS, the training matrix and the insurance certificates are all proxies for that. Documents that look impressive but do not match what happens on site are the worst outcome. Inspections are carried out to the Work at Height Regulations 2005 (Schedule 7), working to TG20:21 and SG4:22. Anchor testing is carried out to BS 8539 and NASC TG4:25.
